At Calypso, we want you to love every product you purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we're here to make the process simple and transparent.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, you can do so under the following terms:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be exchanged within **15 days** from the date of delivery.
- The product must be **unused, unwashed**, and in its **original packaging**, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
**Non-Exchangeable Items:**
- Underwear, socks, and accessories are excluded due to hygiene reasons.

Once your exchange is approved, our representative will create a new order, and you'll be required to return the previous product. Please ensure the returned item is securely packed with all original tags intact.
**Shipping Costs:**
- A **shipping charge of Rs. 300** will apply for each subsequent exchange.
- If the item received is **defective or incorrect**, the exchange will be processed **free of charge**.
**Processing Time:**
- Exchanges are normally processed within **2–4 business days** after we receive the returned item.
- During sales or peak periods, processing may take up to **6–8 business days**.
**Limitations:**
- A maximum of **2 exchanges per order** is allowed.
- For sale orders, only **1 exchange** is permitted, and it must be for another sale item.
- Exchanges can only be made up to the original product value.
